The Successful Candidate

• Proven experience (12+ years) in senior internal communications roles, preferably in large, complex, and diversified organizations.
• Strong strategic thinking with excellent storytelling and content development skills.
• Deep understanding of digital communication tools and modern employee engagement practices.
• Experience managing change communication, crisis communications, and culture-building programs.
