Roles and Responsibilities : Key focus on strengthening Safety, Sustainability, Asset Optimization and Quality Assessments across group. Oversee and monitor partner performance, implementing data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Work closely with internal teams and engage with external consultants to drive strategic projects Providing insights through industry research, benchmarking and enhance digital processes Collaborate with BU leadership and HSE teams to implement corrective actions and cultural transformation initiatives. Support the integration of sustainability parameters (e.g., carbon footprint, energy audits, emission targets) into audit protocols Eligibility : 60% throughout in 10th, 12th, Graduation, and post-Graduation without any backlogs at the time of selection and joining No other gap in regular course of studies is allowed except for 1 year gap between 12th and Graduation or Graduation and Post Graduation B.E./B. Tech/MBA candidate with 10+ years of experience in Safety & sustainability audits previews. Candidates with added experience of working at plant locations (preferably in mining & manufacturing industry) would be preferred Dynamic leaders with a strong knack in Digital, AI & Technology, Data Analytics and Benchmarking.
