Head of Inside Sales

**Job Description:** As the Team Leader for the inside sales team, your role will involve leading, mentoring, and coaching the team to ensure they have the necessary resources and skills to succeed. You will be responsible for motivating and inspiring the team to achieve sales goals and exceed targets. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback will be crucial in driving the team's performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement effective training programs for new and existing sales representatives. - Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, case studies, and role-playing exercises. - Identify training needs and develop solutions aligned with the organization's strategic goals. - Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and identify trends and opportunities. - Set sales targets and quotas for the team, providing necessary support to ensure goals are met. - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and sales quotas. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve sales goals. - Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field. - Must have experience in EdTech sales or a similar industry background. - Flexible with traveling requirements. - Team management experience is a must. - Proven experience in sales management, preferably in an inside sales environment. - Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software. - Excellent leadership, team management, analytical, and organizational skills. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
