Head of Inside Sales

As the Head of Inside Sales Manager at NetCom Learning, you will play a crucial role in managing customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and overall sales activities within the assigned US geography. Your main responsibilities will include: - Building and managing teams of sales development reps & sales reps to achieve quotas and KRAs through direct sales enrollment, appointment conversations, lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails. - Working on optimizing the potential of existing reps & resources, as well as hiring, training, and developing new reps to achieve sales & appointment goals. - Setting & managing processes effectively by working on KRAs individually or in coordination with various stakeholders. - Creating and managing campaigns with the aim of delivering desired outcomes within agreed deadlines and using data to analyze & optimize campaign performance. - Monitoring, auditing, and analyzing to find ways to optimize performance, and being well-versed with products to handle escalated calls & 2nd voice talk offs. - Being responsible for maintaining headcount, managing performance & attrition, and learning & demonstrating a good understanding to be a counterpart for Inside Sales Head. - Being instrumental in managing the Sales funnel via appointment generation. Qualifications required for this position include: - At least 5 years of US sales/Inside sales experience in the US Market. - Team management experience for about 6-10 years, handling a team of 15+ senior reps and team leads. - Experience in Campaign Planning & Strategy. - Excellent communication skills with no MTI. - Education Training, SAAS, or other cloud-based or Top BPO experience.
