Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Inside Sales located in Saket. The Head of Inside Sales will be responsible for overseeing and managing the inside sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting sales forecasts, and managing account relationships. The role includes setting sales targets, Lead generation, monitoring sales performance, and providing training and support to the sales team. The Head of Inside Sales will work closely with other teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Sales Management experience
  • Experience in Lead generation
  • Proficiency in Account Management and Sales
  • Team Management skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
