As the Head of Inside Sales Manager - US Geography at NetCom Learning in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and overall sales activities within the assigned US geography. This is a full-time hybrid role with the flexibility for some remote work. Your key responsibilities will include building and managing teams of sales development reps and sales reps, achieving quota by helping the team reach theirs through direct sales enrollment and appointment conversations, sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, optimizing the potential of existing reps and resources, hiring, training, and developing new reps, setting and managing processes effectively, creating and managing campaigns to deliver desired outcomes, analyzing and optimizing campaign performance, managing headcount and performance, and serving as a counterpart for the Inside Sales Head. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of US sales/Inside sales experience in the US market, 6-10 years of team management experience with a team of 15+ senior reps, expertise in campaign planning and strategy, excellent communication skills with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI), and a background in Education Training, SAAS, other cloud-based services, or Top BPO.
