We're Hiring: Head of IT – Miind Map VFX Studio Our studio is growing, and so are our technical ambitions! We're on the lookout for a dynamic Head of IT with a deep understanding of remote infrastructure , Exchange Server , and the high-performance demands of a VFX pipeline . About the Role As our Head of IT, you’ll be the architect behind the scenes—ensuring our artists, producers, and engineers have the tools and support they need to bring stunning visuals to life, wherever they are in the world. Your Mission Will Include: Designing and maintaining secure, scalable remote infrastructure to support global collaboration Managing and optimizing Email Exchange Server and internal communication systems Overseeing high-availability storage, render farms, and network infrastructure Collaborating closely with pipeline developers and creative teams to keep our workflow seamless Implementing best practices for data security, backup, and disaster recovery What You Bring: Proven experience in IT leadership within a VFX, animation, or post-production environment Strong knowledge of remote desktop environments, VPNs, and cloud-based solutions Expertise in Exchange Server administration and email security protocols A hands-on, solutions-driven mindset with excellent team leadership skills Location: Hyderabad Submit Your Resume : info@miindmapstudios.com Join us and help shape the tech that brings breathtaking visuals to screens around the world.
