- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with top-tier influencers, creators, and agencies.

- Identify new talent, negotiate partnerships, and coordinate large-scale influencer activations and collaborations.

- Lead campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, etc.), tracking performance and ensuring measurable results.

- Oversee influencer-driven esports tournaments, event sponsorships, and digital initiatives.

- Collaborate with internal teams (brand, marketing, creative, PR) to integrate influencer initiatives seamlessly.

- Analyze market trends, monitor ROI, and continuously refine influencer programs to maximize impact.
