Director of Affiliate Marketing

UrbanSky Media is on a mission to revolutionize digital marketing and performance-driven partnerships. We’re looking for a *dynamic, growth-focused Affiliate Head* to lead and scale our affiliate network, drive high-impact campaigns, and build powerful relationships with top partners globally. 

*What You’ll Do* 

•⁠ ⁠Lead and expand UrbanSky Media’s affiliate strategy to deliver exceptional ROI 

•⁠ ⁠Manage and nurture affiliate partnerships to maximise growth 

•⁠ ⁠Identify performance opportunities and innovative channels 

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to fuel revenue 

*What We’re Looking For* 

•⁠ ⁠Proven track record in affiliate marketing / partnership management (5+ years) 

•⁠ ⁠Strong industry network and negotiation skills 

•⁠ ⁠Data-driven mindset with expertise in performance analytics 

•⁠ ⁠Leadership skills to build and inspire a high-performing team
