Director of Affiliate Marketing

They are currently seeking a dynamic, growth-focused Affiliate Head to lead and scale their affiliate network, drive high-impact campaigns, and build powerful relationships with top partners globally. As the Affiliate Head at UrbanSky Media, you will be responsible for leading and expanding the affiliate strategy to deliver exceptional ROI. You will also manage and nurture affiliate partnerships to maximize growth, identify performance opportunities, and explore innovative channels. Collaboration with the marketing, sales, and product teams will be essential to fuel revenue and drive success. The ideal candidate for this role should have a proven track record in affiliate marketing/partnership management with at least 5 years of experience. Strong industry network and negotiation skills are required, along with a data-driven mindset and expertise in performance analytics. Additionally, leadership skills to build and inspire a high-performing team are crucial for this position. Location for this role is Onsite/Hybrid, and the level of experience required is MidSenior Level.
