This isn’t your typical Influencer Marketing role. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to build – not just execute. As the Head – Influencer Marketing, you’ll be at the helm of shaping a new vertical from the ground up. This is an opportunity to take your deep experience in influencer-led storytelling and brand partnerships and channel it into building a high-impact function with ownership, autonomy, and a clean slate. You’ll be responsible for developing and scaling the influencer marketing vertical, driving strategy across both sides of the equation — expanding our creator network and bringing in new brand opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who’s done the hustle in campaign delivery and is now looking to lead, build and grow something new — with the backing of a strong content-first team. Responsibilities Build and lead the Influencer Marketing vertical — define the offering, structure, workflow, and long-term vision. Create scalable influencer marketing strategies that are integrated, measurable, and rooted in strong creative thinking. Actively leverage your existing network of creators, talent managers, and brand marketers to open new conversations and close strategic partnerships. Lead brand outreach and pitch efforts — collaborate with internal teams to build impactful influencer-first proposals. Develop and nurture key relationships with both creators and clients to ensure trust, quality, and repeat engagement. Build a strong internal team and define the right processes and tools to deliver consistently high-quality campaigns. Own post-campaign analysis and learning loops to continually refine strategy and execution. Collaborate closely with creative, servicing, and strategy teams to build brand-specific influencer narratives. Stay ahead of trends, creator evolution, and platform shifts to proactively shape offerings. Qualifications 7-12 years of experience in influencer marketing, branded content, or digital strategy — ideally with a mix of execution and leadership exposure. A strong POV on what makes influencer marketing work — and where it can go. Someone who is as comfortable building a deck and pitching a CMO as they are shortlisting creators and reviewing campaign edits. A strong existing network in the creator and brand ecosystem. A proven track record of building something from scratch, scaling a business unit, or owning a P&L is a plus. Proclivity and inclination towards early adoption of technology in the influencer-creator space. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. A natural relationship-builder who thrives on collaboration and momentum.
