Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Mumbai for a Head of Influencer Marketing. The role involves spearheading influencer marketing campaigns, managing relationships with influencers and brands, and curating strategic collaborations that align with the company’s goals. Key responsibilities include overseeing campaign execution, negotiating partnerships, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring seamless execution of branded content initiatives. The candidate will also provide leadership to the influencer marketing team and develop impactful strategies for corporate growth.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Influencer Marketing, Digital Campaign Management, and Talent Collaboration
• Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Negotiation, and Relationship Management
• Proficiency in Social Media Analytics, Campaign Performance Review, and Market Trends Analysis
• Experience in Content Marketing, Branded Content Creation, and Creative Execution
• Effective leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills
• Relevant experience in the media, entertainment, or branded content industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
