As the Head of Financials and Headcount Management at HSBC, your role will involve the effective leadership and management of the FS&GEC COO Financial and Headcount Management team in Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore. You will be responsible for various activities, including providing dedicated support to the leadership team on business management, managing costs such as FRP, forecasting, and cost reporting consistency, as well as overseeing headcounts, workforce planning, and job architecture.
