Finance & Accounts Manager

This is NOT your traditional accounting role.

You will be at the heart of financial operations for a fast-paced creator economy business - managing client billings, creator payouts, P&L tracking, profitability analysis, tax filings and ensuring the founder always has a real-time pulse on the company’s financial health.

Responsibilities

✅ End-to-end bookkeeping, accounting, and reconciliations across multiple revenue streams

✅ Client invoicing, payment tracking, and collections management

✅ Creator invoices, payouts & tax compliance (TDS/GST)

✅ Monthly P&L reporting, margin analysis, and profitability tracking

✅ Founder dashboards: clear updates on revenue, cashflow, forecasts

✅ Handle statutory filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax) with external CAs

✅ Ad-hoc financial analysis for business decisions & growth planning

✅ Financial hygiene across accounting tools (Zoho / QuickBooks / Tally)

What We’re Looking For:

🔸 3-6 years experience in accounting/finance roles (agencies or digital businesses preferred)

🔸 Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Indian tax regulations

🔸 Excellent with Excel / Google Sheets / accounting software

🔸 Proactive, highly organized & extremely detail-oriented

🔸 Founder-facing mindset: able to simplify financial insights for leadership

🔸 Bonus: Experience in influencer agencies / creator economy / media / marketing businesses
