We’re Hiring: Talent Managers & Business Development Interns

1. Talent Manager (Full-time)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with exclusive talents.
• Oversee brand campaigns, shoots, and deliverables.
• Build and nurture strong connections with brands, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
• Strategize talent growth across PR, events, and collaborations.
• Ensure seamless execution of contracts, invoicing, and payments.

2. Business Development Interns

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new brand opportunities across multiple categories.
• Support in pitching and closing deals with brands and agencies.
• Maintain and update trackers, brand databases, and outreach lists.
• Assist in creating decks, proposals, and partnership plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align opportunities with talent strengths.
