Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Chandigarh for a Head of E-Commerce. The Head of E-Commerce will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, analyzing performance metrics, overseeing the digital marketing efforts, and ensuring an excellent online customer experience. Day-to-day tasks will include managing product listings, coordinating with different departments for smooth e-commerce operations, and driving revenue growth through various digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in E-Commerce strategy development and execution
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Sales
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Performance Metrics, and Business Analytics
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of customer experience and user journey
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• PMP certification or formal Project Management training is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field; MBA preferred
