Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize product listings across Shopify, Etsy, 1stDibs, and Amazon (titles, images, tags, inventory) Improve UX/UI on Shopify with a mobile-first approach and performance-focused updates Ensure daily marketplace activity to boost algorithm ranking and visibility Conduct SEO audits, A/B testing, and implement CRO strategies for listings Maintain consistent, brand-aligned product content and visuals Coordinate creation and upload of optimized product images Sync inventory and shipping details across all platforms; flag discrepancies Monitor returns, delivery timelines, and customer communication quality Track reviews, resolve escalations, and apply customer feedback Use templates or AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for efficient and premium responses Oversee freelancers and junior support for listing, formatting, and backend updates Follow through on directives from founders and brand managers Track key KPIs (AOV, CAC, CR, bounce rates, inventory health) weekly Generate actionable reports from Shopify, Google Analytics, and marketplaces Align updates and campaigns with marketing and content teams.
