🏗️ Role Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled and committed Design Head with at least 5 years of experience in interior design and execution. The ideal candidate will lead our design team through each phase of the turnkey process—from conceptual layouts to precise manufacturing drawings. This role demands strong software expertise, leadership, and a deep respect for quality and client satisfaction.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire design flow: Item listing → 2D & layout drafts → ceiling/electrical plans → 3D design → final rendering.

• Guide material selection aligned with approved 3D visuals.

• Translate client requirements into workable layouts and visuals.

• Verify site dimensions and ensure manufacturing drawings are accurate to the millimeter in SketchUp.

• Review BOMs and Cutlists for final execution and purchase.

• Mentor junior and mid-level designers, maintaining quality and timelines.

📐 Required Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and rendering tools (Vray/Any).

• Strong understanding of technical design, space planning, and modular furniture detailing.

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

• Capable of balancing multiple projects with precision and patience.
