Description
We are seeking a talented and customer-centric Interior Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, creating design concepts, and guiding customers through the design and material selection process. You’ll be the key point of contact for the client from the start to the successful completion of the project. Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, preferences, and budget Create design concepts, floor plans, and interior layouts that align with customer expectations Develop detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD and 3D visuals using SketchUp Assist customers with material selection , finishes, color palettes, and design elements Communicate and collaborate effectively with customers throughout the design process Coordinate with internal teams (production, project managers, site supervisors) to ensure flawless execution Manage multiple projects and ensure timely design completion and client satisfaction Revise designs and layouts as per client feedback and finalize approvals Maintain accurate records of client interactions, design iterations, and final selections Stay updated with design trends, materials, and interior innovations Experience with 3D rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape) is a plus Requirements Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field 2–4 years of experience in residential or commercial interior design Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp Excellent design sense, creativity, and attention to detail Strong communication and client-handling skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Knowledge of materials, finishes, and modular furniture is a plus Experience in rendering software is an added advantage What We Offer Opportunity to work with a leading brand transforming the interior design industry Exposure to innovative projects and a fast-growing work environment Hands-on experience with a full in-house manufacturing setup Collaborative and supportive work culture Competitive salary and growth opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: Interior design: 2 years (Preferred) Autocad, Sketchup: 2 years (Preferred) Total: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
