Head of Customer Support

As a Customer Service Manager at our company in Indore, you will be responsible for building a strong customer relationship management strategy to ensure customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and monitoring daily orders assignments through the customer service team - Coordinating activities with all other functions of the department - Establishing and monitoring service KPIs - Monitoring and analyzing results, and implementing changes accordingly - Achieving customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews - Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards - Identifying customer service trends and determining system improvements - Improving customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes, and establishing and communicating service metrics and monitoring and analyzing results - Maximizing customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 4+ years of related industry experience - Experience in using Customer Support tools, procedures, processes, and metrics - Excellent customer relationship and communication skills - Ability to professionally manage and triage customer support incidents and escalations - Good time-management skills - Ability to multi-task - Critical-thinker and problem-solver - Team player Location: Indore Experience: 4-8 Years,
