Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Customer Experience at Colive, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Head of Customer Experience will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the customer experience journey, managing customer satisfaction, utilizing analytical skills to improve services, providing excellent customer delight, and ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• MBA with 12+ years of Customer Experience Management and Customer Satisfaction
• Analytical Skills
• Experience in engaging through events
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Working experience in engagement activities in Co-working space, large clubs, managing events & experience will be preferable
