Role Overview: You will be the Head of Customer Experience at The Binge Town, overseeing and enhancing the overall customer journey across all branches. Your role will involve handling escalations, conducting root cause analysis on escalations, devising strategies to improve customer experience, analyzing customer feedback metrics, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. This full-time position will also require traveling to different cities for a week every month, with all expenses covered by the company.
