Head of Customer Experience

As the Head of Customer Experience at The Binge Town, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the overall customer journey across all branches. Your role will involve: - Handling customer escalations and conducting root cause analysis to implement corrective measures - Devising strategies to improve customer experience - Analyzing customer feedback metrics - Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures In addition to these responsibilities, this full-time on-site position will require you to travel to different cities for a week every month, with all expenses covered by the company.
