Head of Customer Experience

As the Head - Client Experience and Outreach, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing authentic relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs). This is not a sales-driven position but focuses on creating meaningful connections based on trust and long-term value. Your expertise in client servicing and network-building will be instrumental in enhancing client experiences and driving brand advocacy for Neo. - Utilize your personal and professional network to initiate and cultivate high-quality conversations with HNI prospects - Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients, understanding their requirements and guiding them through their engagement process - Deliver exceptional service to key clients, ensuring that each interaction is thoughtful, timely, and impactful - Collaborate with internal teams (Advisory, Wealth, Products) to design personalized and impactful client experiences - Maintain strong relationships with current clients, acting as a liaison between their needs and the firm's offerings - Represent Neo at industry events and client-facing platforms to enhance credibility and goodwill - Contribute to brand advocacy by providing feedback, suggesting improvements, and identifying opportunities to strengthen client loyalty - Minimum of 15 years of experience in client servicing, concierge services, premium banking, or credit card divisions within prominent financial institutions, PSUs, or wealth management firms - Extensive networking within the HNI ecosystem, recognized for integrity and commitment - Preference for consultative engagement rather than aggressive sales tactics - Proficiency in handling high-value clients with discretion, trust, and sensitivity - Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and tailor personalized client journeys,
