Compensation: 8 - 9 LPA Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Customer Experience. You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the overall customer journey, across all branches of The Binge Town. Daily tasks include handling Escalations, conducting RCA on escalations to take corrective steps, developing strategies to improve customer experience, analyzing overall customer feedback metrics, and making sure that SOPs are being followed at all point of operations. The role requires travelling to other cities for at least one week every month (All expenses paid for by the company). Qualifications & Skills At least 3 years experience in Events/Hospitality Industry. Graduation or above. Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada. Fluency in more languages is a plus.
