Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AGM - Ground Operations located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The position will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to operations management, team management, customer experience, reviews & ratings, and budgeting.

Qualifications & Preference

• General Management and Operations Management skills
• Customer Service and Team Management, Budgeting skills
• Minimum 12 yrs experience in hospitality industry only
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel management
