Head of Client Servicing – Influencer Marketing

We are seeking a hands-on, execution-focused leader to head our Operations team for Influencer Marketing. This role involves overseeing a team of Associates and Assistant Managers to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality execution of influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has deep operational expertise, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring exceptional client servicing. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the client servicing team comprising Associates and Assistant Managers. Drive ownership, efficiency, and accountability across all live campaigns. Coach and mentor team members, helping them grow in executional excellence and client communication. Campaign Execution Oversight: Own the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns post-sales closure. Ensure timely deliverables, proper influencer coordination, and quality content deliveries. Track daily campaign progress, troubleshoot execution issues, and ensure alignment with client briefs. Client Communication: Serve as the escalation point for all execution-related queries from clients. Ensure all client communications are professional, timely, and solution-oriented. Proactively update clients on campaign statuses, deliverables, and post-campaign reports. Process & Operational Excellence: Build and implement SOPs for smoother internal workflows and campaign execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Creator Partnerships, Planning, and Strategy for flawless execution. Ensure campaign trackers, documentation, and reports are maintained accurately and regularly. Quality Assurance: Review influencer content to ensure it aligns with client guidelines before posting.
