The Role

We are seeking a Head of Capital Raising & Family Office Relations to spearhead our fundraising strategy and build deep, trusted relationships with Ultra-HNIs, Family Offices, and Institutional Partners in India and globally.

This is a leadership position that will directly contribute to Sàwai’s vision of becoming one of India’s most influential alternative investment platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Capital Raising Leadership: Drive fundraising across PE, VC, and structured debt mandates with target AUM growth of ₹750Cr+ by 2026.
• Family Office Coverage: Build, nurture, and expand relationships with top Family Offices, UHNIs, and Sovereign LPs.
• Deal Co-Creation: Collaborate with investment teams to structure bespoke co-investment opportunities across Infra, Healthcare, and Defense.
• Strategic Partnerships: Forge alliances with global fund managers, institutional LPs, and wealth platforms to expand distribution.
• Investor Relations: Lead quarterly reporting, portfolio updates, and LP engagement events to strengthen confidence and retention.
• Brand Positioning: Represent Sàwai Capital at high-level investment forums, luxury ecosystem events, and private investor gatherings.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Investment Banking / Family Office Advisory
• Proven track record in capital raising (₹200Cr+ AUM handled) or having strong existing networks with Family Offices & UHNIs
• Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and deal-closure skills
• Deep understanding of alternative investments, structured credit, PE/VC, and luxury-adjacent asset classes
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-scaling boutique platform
