We are looking for a Business Unit Head / P&L Head who can own the business end-to-end, drive revenue growth, expand our product offerings, and enable operational excellence across the board. This person must be entrepreneurial, analytical, and execution-focused someone who is comfortable working in a hyper-growth startup and can partner closely with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
P&L Ownership & Strategic Growth

Own the P&L for the assigned business vertical(s) and drive revenue, profitability, and cost efficiencies.

Build data-driven business strategies aligned with The 1% Club s mission of enabling financial independence.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and monetisation streams.

Set quarterly business goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Cross-Functional Leadership

Work closely with Product, Operations, Sales, Tech, Marketing, Finance, and Community teams for seamless execution.

Partner with Founders to align business direction and new initiatives.

Manage and scale high-performing cross-functional teams.
Operational Excellence & MIS

Build, analyse, and own complete MIS dashboards for business performance.

Ensure smooth execution of processes across the business unit.

Streamline workflows to optimise performance and reduce operational gaps.
Execution & Problem-Solving

Strong ability to break complex problems into actionable tasks.

Drive on-ground execution of new initiatives from concept to delivery.

Take ownership in fast-changing startup environments with a bias for action.
Required Skills & Experience

6-12 years of experience in Business Operations, P&L Management, or Business Leadership roles.

Proven ability to own and grow a P&L in a
high-growth or startup environment.

Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data modelling, MIS, and dashboards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Experience in EdTech, FinTech, or consumer-tech is a strong plus.
