Job Description

Head of Asset Management

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX control for hospitality assets.
Oversee P&L, ROI, NOI, and asset performance across multiple hotels.
Drive M&A, JV structuring, and investment deals for portfolio expansion.
Manage operator contracts, negotiations, and asset repositioning strategies.
Present to board-level stakeholders and lead strategic financial discussions.
Mentor and develop a high-performing finance and asset management team.

Candidate Profile:

13–17 years of progressive experience in finance and asset management.
At least 5 years in a leadership role (CFO/Head of Asset Management) within hospitality.
Strong background in hospitality operations, investment models, and operator engagement.
Proven expertise in M&A, JV structuring, and asset turnarounds.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Open to domestic and international travel as required.
