Head of Admissions

As the leader of the Admissions Department, your role is crucial in shaping the future of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing annual admission strategies and targets - Leading and mentoring the admissions team to ensure their success - Representing the school at external events, fairs, and school tours - Collaborating with the marketing team to drive awareness and lead generation - Ensuring a seamless and professional admissions process for prospective students and parents To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Educational Qualification: Minimum requirement of a Graduate degree, Post Graduate (MBA or equivalent) preferred - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2C sales within the education sector - Skills Required: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong ability to deliver information clearly and persuasively, team leadership and stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking, and a target-driven approach Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in school admissions and a proven track record of effectively managing teams.
