The Shri Ram Academy is a part of The Shri Ram Legacy, which has proudly expanded its footprint in South India. After the success of The Shri Ram Universal School (TSUSH) in Hyderabad, established in 2017 and known for offering a top-tier CBSE curriculum, The Shri Ram Academy aims to continue this legacy. The new school, nestled on a 9-acre campus in Hyderabad's Financial District, will be a Day-Boarding School offering an International Continuum Curriculum, in collaboration with Shri Educare Limited.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Head of Admissions. The Head of Admissions will be responsible for the overall management of the admissions process including developing and implementing admission policies, leading the admissions team, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will involve overseeing marketing strategies to attract prospective students, managing inquiries, conducting school tours, and guiding families through the admission process. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with feeder schools and ensuring alignment of admission practices with the school’s mission and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Education background and understanding of Curriculum Development
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Educational Leadership
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective admission policies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; advanced degree preferred
