Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Administration at Treamis, located in Bengaluru. The Head of Administration will oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, manage administrative staff, ensure smooth functioning of school activities and is responsible for the success of the school. Responsibilities include managing campus, stores and purchases, parent relationship, student services, HR recruitment and management, transportation, public relations, social media, hostel and managing contracts and finances. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to implement policies and create an organized and efficient administrative framework.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finance, Facilities, Procurement, Contracts
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess operational workflows and systems
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage various functional groups
• Experience in educational administration
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff, parents, and external stakeholders
