The counselor will work closely with high school students, guiding them through the college application process, assisting with career planning, and providing counseling on student financial aid options. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with colleges and universities, organizing counseling sessions, and supporting students overall academic and social development.Qualifications:1. Proficiency in College Counseling and guiding students through College Applications processes.2. Experience in Student Counseling and working with High School students.3. Knowledge of Student Financial Aid systems and processes.4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.5. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.6. Familiarity with global college admission requirements, including IB, Cambridge, and CBSE systems, is a plus.
