Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified from ICAI
• Additional qualification such as LLB or CS, will be an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 7–10 years of post-qualification experience
• Prior exposure in the Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure sector preferred

Job Description:

The candidate will head the Accounting and Compliance Department, ensuring end-to-end control over financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance of the company and its group entities engaged in real estate development.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Control

Oversee daily accounting operations, review ledgers, ensure adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS), and manage consolidation of group financials.

Statutory Compliances

Ensure timely compliance with all applicable laws — Companies Act, RERA, Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings.

Taxation

Manage Direct & Indirect Tax matters, including GST Returns, Annual Reconciliation, IT Return Filing, and Tax Audit coordination.

Budgeting & MIS

Prepare monthly MIS, cash flow forecasts, project-wise profitability, and variance analysis for management decision-making.

Audit & Controls

Liaise with Statutory, Internal, and RERA auditors; ensure implementation of audit recommendations and maintenance of strong internal controls.

Banking & Treasury

Oversee fund management, banking operations, and ensure compliance in project funding and utilization.

RERA & Project Compliance

Coordinate with project teams for Form 1, 2, and 3 certifications, quarterly updates, and financial disclosures as per RERA norms.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor the accounts team, allocate responsibilities, and ensure timely delivery of financial and compliance outputs.

Skills Required:

• Excellent knowledge of GST, Income Tax, RERA, and Accounting Standards
• Strong analytical, managerial, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Tally ERP or similar ERP
• Sound communication and coordination abilities

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
