Head Mixologist

• Supervise staff: Oversee bartenders, providing training and guidance to ensure consistent quality, service, and teamwork.
• Menu development: Design, create, and update a creative cocktail menu with unique drinks that align with the brand and current trends.
• Operational management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory, ordering, and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels.
• Customer service: Ensure a positive guest experience by preparing and serving drinks, addressing customer complaints, and maintaining a visible presence on the floor.
• Inventory and cost control: Manage liquor inventories, track costs, and work to meet budget goals.
• Compliance: Enforce all health, safety, and legal requirements related to alcohol service.
• Staff training: Train new hires on drink recipes, bar procedures, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist, often with several years in the food and beverage industry.
• Skills:
• Strong mixology and beverage preparation skills.
• Knowledge of a wide range of drink recipes, spirits, and garnishes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Inventory management and cost control abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Leadership and staff training abilities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
