Head Mixologist

We are looking for a skilled Head Mixologist to join our team in the hospitality industry, specifically with Accor Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mixology and a passion for creating innovative cocktails.
Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement new cocktail menus and recipes to enhance the hotel's bar offerings.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create cohesive and effective beverage programs.
• Conduct research on new trends and techniques in mixology to stay ahead of the competition.
• Train and guide junior staff members on mixology techniques and best practices.
• Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all cocktails served.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform menu decisions and optimize inventory.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a mixologist or in a related field within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of various types of spirits, including gin, vodka, and rum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
