The Head of Marketing & Sales is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the hospital’s overall marketing and business development strategies. This role focuses on driving patient footfall, increasing brand visibility, building strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue growth targets while maintaining ethical healthcare marketing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Strategic Planning & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term marketing and sales strategies aligned with hospital goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential service lines, and untapped markets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient demand to drive business planning.

* Marketing Management

  • Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns (digital, print, and outdoor).
  • Manage social media presence, hospital website, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute patient engagement programs, community outreach, and health awareness camps.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with the Medical Council and NABH advertising guidelines.

* Sales & Referral Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, consultants, corporate clients, insurance providers, and referral networks.
  • Lead a team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Initiate corporate tie-ups, empanelments, and institutional partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and ROI.

* Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead, motivate, and guide the marketing and sales team to deliver results.
  • Coordinate with clinical departments, administration, and management to align marketing efforts with hospital operations.
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews for the marketing team.

* Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare periodic business reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Ensure marketing activities adhere to ethical and legal standards in the healthcare industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
