Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Head - Marketing & Sales located in Prayagraj. The Head of Marketing & Sales will oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies. Responsibilities include conducting market research, managing marketing campaigns, driving sales growth, and establishing strong public relations. Day-to-day tasks will involve leading a team to align all marketing and sales initiatives with business objectives to ensure seamless operations and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Market Planning, Market Research, and Marketing Management skills
• Experience in Sales and driving business growth
• Strong Public Relations skills for building and managing external relationships
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Prayagraj
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the real estate and hospitality industry
