The role focuses on building brand visibility, driving digital growth, and enhancing corporate reputation through strategic marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute a strong brand strategy to enhance market positioning and brand equity. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine brand positioning. Digital Marketing & Performance Growth: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing. Develop and manage paid campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Optimize website performance and digital assets for brand visibility and lead generation. Leverage data analytics and marketing automation tools to enhance digital outreach. Public Relations & Corporate Communications: Build and maintain relationships with media, industry influencers, and key stakeholders. Develop compelling PR strategies, press releases, and media outreach plans. Manage crisis communication and corporate reputation strategies. Oversee thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, blogs, and interviews. Marketing & Communication Strategy: Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and business growth. Develop engaging content strategies across digital and traditional marketing channels. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Lead marketing events, sponsorships, and partnerships to enhance brand reach. Team Leadership & Budget Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to drive high-performance results. Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing spend. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and leadership. Key Requirements: 14+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, and Communications. Proven track record in building and scaling brands in B2B industries. Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, paid campaigns, content marketing, and analytics tools. Strong media relations experience with a deep understanding of PR strategies. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with a data-driven and innovative mindset.
