We’re Hiring: Head – Laboratory Operations (Lab Incharge)

CDNA Labs LLP, a leading state-of-the-art NABL-accredited laboratory specializing in advanced food and drug analysis, is looking for an experienced and visionary leader to head our Laboratory & Technical Operations in Indore.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee personnel (Technical, QA/QC, Support Staff) ensuring productivity & compliance.
• Responsible for operation, calibration, validation & maintenance of advanced instruments (HPLC, ICPMS, GCMS, LCMS, UV).
• Ensure adherence to NABL (ISO/IEC 17025), FSSAI, CDSCO, IP, USP, BIS requirements.
• Oversee method validation, method development, uncertainty measurement, non-conformity analysis.
• Review, interpret & approve laboratory data, technical reports, COA.
• Supervise accreditation activities – audits, document control, PT participation, closure of NCs.
• Develop & maintain SOPs, safety protocols, hygiene standards.
• Manage QA/QC systems, internal audits & continuous audit readiness.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities & external bodies for compliance & business growth.
• Drive business development: technical marketing, seminars, client meetings, partnerships.
• Plan budgets, procurement, inventory control, resource allocation.
• Prepare & submit performance reports to management.
• Lead digital transformation & implement LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems).

Qualifications & Experience

• M.Sc./M.Tech in Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• 8–10 years in NABL-accredited food/drug testing labs with proven leadership.
• Expertise in HPLC, GC, GCMS, LCMS, ICPMS, UV & regulatory frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017, FSSAI, CDSCO, IP, USP, BIS.
• Experience in QA/QC, calibration, audits, client relations, business growth.
