Head Information Technology (IT)

As the Head of Information Technology (IT) at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining scalable IT infrastructure to support business and operational requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing software tools and digital systems to improve efficiency and decision-making. - Collaborating with business and operations teams to develop and deploy custom applications using the latest technologies. - Driving the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and automation tools to optimize cost and enhance profitability. - Evaluating and implementing ERP, TMS, WMS, and other critical logistics platforms. - Ensuring cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance standards are met across IT operations. - Leading vendor selection, IT procurement, and budget management for all tech initiatives. - Training and building a high-performing internal IT team and vendor network to scale technological innovation. - Staying updated with the latest trends in cloud computing, logistics tech, AI, IoT, and software engineering. - Providing technology vision to advance Logistics through digital transformation. Qualifications and requirements for this role include: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position. - Experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation technology is preferred. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, APIs, AI/ML tools, and enterprise-grade applications. - Demonstrated ability to align technology strategy with business objectives. - Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.,
