In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our farmer community through targeted outreach, educational programs and platform advocacy that foster meaningful user connections and sustained engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about agriculture, deeply understands the farming community and possesses a strong background in market development. Responsibilities Lead the deployment of field marketing campaign strategy in assigned region Drive the campaign management process (planning, execution and review) in a robust manner to achieve quick establishment and peak platform growth Support strong user engagement and business growth through judicious use of available campaign tools (financial resources, props and MDOs) Achieve best ROI of marketing budget by ensuring a quick awareness to conversion journey for the platform Cultivate strong relationships with farmers, business partners and key opinion leaders in the assigned region Recruit, train and manage a robust team of market development officers Work closely with the sales team to grow business holistically by ensuring alignment between marketing and sales efforts Gather market intelligence, identify growth opportunities and drive app adoption within the assigned region Knowledge, Experience & Capabilities 5-8 years of experience as a field marketing professional in agrochemical MNCs Deep understanding of sales and marketing principles, particularly around campaign management Deep understanding of digital systems required to implement campaign initiatives Analytical skills to develop insights from campaign execution data points Strong ability to understand customer needs, structure and business drivers Strong sense of team work and people management skills Ability to manage performance during ambiguity Willingness and ability to develop self, people and organization

Responsible for executing and improving the process that enables the Services Sourcing team to place more POs on suppliers qualified to make the parts. This will include working with Supplier Quality and Engineering to understand qualification / classification status and requirements as well as with Sourcing to utilize options such as obtaining quotes for qualified suppliers and diverting POs to qualified suppliers. . Will working closely with both the Supplier Quality and sourcing teams and understand and comply with GE&rsquos quality system&rsquos requirements. . This person also will help to coordinate the execution on the FPQs and help to create visibility on Prioritization based on customer need Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications . Good experience in Supplier Quality. . Sourcing and engineering experience a plus. Preferred qualifications . Able to read and understand engineering drawings and discuss attributes with both supplier quality and design engineers. . Able to learn business processes (quality and sourcing) and digital systems quickly. . Process mindset, attentive to details. . Familiar with lean and problem solving principles. . Comfortable working with large data sets and working in a fast paced, global environment. . Good communication skills.
