Wishlink was founded by 3 friends from college, Chandan, Shaurya , and Divyansh , with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did)! We are based out of Gurugram. As the Head of Influencer Marketing, you will lead the charter end-to-end owning strategy, operations, execution, and performance for one of our highest-impact growth levers. You ll run influencer-led campaigns across our portfolio of D2C brands with full ownership of the vertical s P&L.
- Lead and manage the influencer marketing team, driving excellence across strategy, execution, and operations.
- Build scalable ops systems across influencer onboarding, negotiations, content pipelines, and reporting.
- Align campaign strategy with brand goals to drive measurable impact on awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and tech teams to embed influencer marketing into business growth initiatives.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the influencer marketing landscape. Engage with top-tier influencer marketing spenders to identify their challenges and objectives.
- Leverage Wishlinks platform to craft tailored B2B solutions that optimize their influencer marketing investments, driving measurable ROI and fostering long-term partnerships
- Stay ahead of trends in the creator economy and social platforms to ensure constant innovation in our approach.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource planning for efficient and impactful execution.
- Own and drive the P&L for the influencer marketing vertical
- 2-4 years of experience in roles such as Program Manager, Founder s Office, or Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) at a product-first consumer tech startup.
- At least 2 years of experience driving strategy, operations, or growth charters
