To lead the IT Audit department in planning & completion of the audit calendar & other special assignments in time with quality observations 2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES(List the responsibilities/duties associated with the job and the major activities associated with each responsibility. • PlanningPlan annual audit calendarAlign the team members to execute the audits as per the audit planPlan audit completion timelines
• ExecutionKeep an oversight of the audit engagementsReview and monitor the work of internal team and co-sourced firmMaintain quality of the audit engagementsEnsure compliance of the organization with the regulatorsMake presentations to be placed and reported to the boardAdherence and enhancement of Internal Audit working standards (including document standards)
• CommunicationPresentation and confirmation of the draft observation with auditee's senior management and assessing impact.Maintain adequate audit documentation for corroborating the observationsProviding regular updates on status of audit progress.
• People developmentAttend planned trainings on timely basis.Maintain professional certification(s) and continue to develop and expand knowledge of the audit profession, information systems, regulatory issuances, industry, and Company products and information through self-study, research, and continuing education efforts.

Educational Qualifications BE/ BTech/ BSc (IT/CS)/ MBA (IT) CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) Functional Skills Core Competencies: Excellent understanding of IT domainExcellent understanding of ITGC controls & audit methodologiesExcellent knowledge in IT systems, applications and infrastructureExcellent knowledge of cyber security trends and techniquesAbility to perform under pressure Role Competencies: Examine internal IT controls, evaluate the design and operational effectivenessDetermine exposure to risk and recommend remediation strategiesConduct efficient and effective IT audit proceduresDevelop a strong understanding of the business and system processesExcellent written and verbal communication skills Relevant and total years of Experience 12 - 15 years experience in IT Audits with desired professional qualifications
