Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession management.
Design and oversee performance management systems and appraisals.
Formulate, update, and enforce HR policies, ensuring legal and statutory compliance.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
Plan and implement compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies.
Lead HR digital transformation and process automation.
Manage learning & development programs, leadership training, and coaching.
Oversee employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
Use HR analytics to track workforce trends and support decision-making.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and government regulations.
Build and lead high-performing HR teams across multiple functions.
