Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Leadership

• Define and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on HR policies, practices, and people strategies.
  

2. Compliance & Industrial Relations

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, industrial relations, and global HR standards.
  
• Build proactive strategies to handle grievances, legal issues, and contractor management.
  

3. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management

• Drive recruitment strategies and oversee RPO partners to achieve hiring goals within budget.
  
• Manage manpower planning, workforce deployment, and succession planning for critical roles.
  

4. Performance & Employee Development

• Implement an effective

  Performance Management System (PMS)

  linking outcomes to compensation.
• Lead learning & development programs to upskill employees and build leadership pipelines.
  

5. Employee Engagement & Culture

• Design initiatives to enhance engagement, inclusion, and retention.
  
• Monitor employee satisfaction and lead programs to reduce attrition.
  

6. HR Technology & Analytics

• Lead implementation and optimization of HRMS and digital HR platforms.
  
• Use HR analytics to track hiring trends, attrition, engagement, and performance metrics for data-driven decisions.
  

7. Compensation & Benefits

• Design competitive compensation and benefits frameworks, ensuring market benchmarking.
  
• Implement reward and recognition programs to attract and retain top talent.
  

8. Labour, Security & Administrative Functions

• Manage contract labour efficiently with full compliance.
  
• Oversee corporate administration including facilities, office management, transport & fleet operations, and workplace safety.
  
• Ensure robust
