𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗱𝗮 (𝗩𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗮)

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 – 𝗛𝗥 & 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to lead our Human Resources and Administration functions. This role will be instrumental in shaping GB Solar’s organizational culture and aligning people strategy with business growth.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

 • Drive company-wide HR strategy, policy, and compliance.

 • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.

 • Build high-performance teams through structured L&D programs.

 • Oversee payroll, statutory compliance, and administrative systems.

 • Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and performance.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

 • 12 to 18 years of progressive HR leadership experience.

 • No bar for exceptional candidates.

 • Experience in Solar / Renewable / Manufacturing industry preferred.
