As an experienced and strategic HR professional at GB Solar, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organizational culture and aligning the people strategy with business growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving company-wide HR strategy, policy, and compliance to ensure smooth operations. - Leading talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to build a skilled workforce. - Developing high-performance teams through structured learning and development programs. - Fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and performance to enhance employee engagement. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 12 to 18 years of progressive HR leadership experience. - No bar for exceptional candidates. - Experience in the Solar/Renewable/Manufacturing industry is preferred.
