Achieve annual revenue, profitability, and market share targets. Build and lead a high-performing sales team with a culture of collaboration and accountability. Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target industries and corporate accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to create customer-centric solutions. Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and competitors to refine strategies. Provide sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance insights to leadership. Strengthen partnerships with brokers, channels, and intermediaries to enhance distribution. Understand customer needs to drive continuous improvement in products and services.
